Hi. I’m Rotem

I am a wife, a mother of 3, a mover, and a martial artist. I was always interested in relationships and communities, which is why I chose to have a degree in Social Work. 

My belief that movement and Body-Mind-Spirit awareness are the keys to true learning, real connections, and great interactions led me to pursue a Movement Analysis certification.

Throughout my life (even as a child), I was researching the idea of leadership and role modeling. Over the years I worked with companies, communities and entrepreneurs, helping them improve communication and leadership skills.
 
During my many years of experience as a Somatic Therapist, I’ve worked with kids and parents through individual sessions and group therapy.

I believe that in today's rapidly changing world, parents should lead their family by example. 

I believe that understanding movement is the best way to learn about ourselves and about our environment.

I created The Balansa Method and The Family’s Hangout, during my own continuous journey of researching true leadership skills.

Through this journey, my formal education & my real-life experience come together in this unique form of FAMILY LEADERSHIP COACHING and The Family's Hangout approach and community.
